Chernivtsi oblast (Чернівецька область) of Ukraine is a unique territory with uniquea climate, nature and culture. It was formed in 1940. It’s also known. under the name “Bukovyna”. The area is 8,1 thousand square kilometres. It borders on Vinnytsya oblast, Ivano-Frankivsk oblast, Ternopil oblast and Khmelnytsky oblast. It also has a state border with Moldova And Romania.
